By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

3. General Conditions

  • Urgent Delivery Charges: Express delivery for garments will incur additional charges.
  • Free Pick-up & Delivery: Applicable only for orders of 5 KG or more.
  • Turnaround Time:
    • Laundry delivery within 60 hours.
    • Dry cleaning garments delivered within 90 hours.
    • Timelines are indicative and may be affected by force majeure or other uncontrollable circumstances.

4. Liability and Customer Responsibilities

  • Garments are processed at customer’s risk.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to delicate work (embroidery, embellishments, etc.)
    • Unremovable or stubborn stains.
    • Garments not collected within 10 days from the delivery date.
    • Damages from fire, theft, burglary, or natural causes.
  • Stains Removal: We will try our best, but do not guarantee 100% removal.
  • Fabric Weakness: Any damages discovered during wash due to manufacturing defects, wear & tear, adulteration, or environmental exposure are not our responsibility.
  • Examination at Delivery: Customers are requested to check garments at the time of delivery.
  • Images Use: We may use images of garments for promotional purposes.

5. Pricing and Services

  • Pricing is indicative and may vary based on the complexity of garments.
  • Final tariff is determined at the time of order processing.
  • Cleaning Methods:
    • Wash in emulsifier, detergent, and softeners
    • Soft wash for delicate fabrics
    • Dry cleaning using Perchloroethylene or Hydro Carbon technologies
  • Price Variation: Prices may differ between stores or cities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and service descriptions on the Website are the intellectual property of 7Tubs. Use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Service Limitations

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee availability or performance of the platform, especially during maintenance or technical failures.

8. Modifications and Cancellations

7Tubs reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 7Tubs be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by You for the specific service rendered.
